This meal here is simple, quick, and easy to make. To begin you will need to have these things

-1lb ground beef ( turkey, chicken, or just cheese are optional substitutes)

-8oz lasagna noodles (half of a box)

-12oz tomato sauce (pizza sauce optional)

-6oz tomato paste

-1 Egg

-8oz Ricotta Cheese

-4 cups of cheese of your choosing

-Seasoning to your liking

 

To began boil 8 cups of water, once water begans to role add one tbsp of salt and noodles boil until soft and cook through should take about 15 min. As you are doing this begin to brown your meat making sure you cook thoroughly seeing no pink. Season with garlic powder, seasoning salt, and onion powder. Once meat is browned drain then add to it tomato sauce and paste bring to a simmer, this takes 15 to 20 min. In a small bowl mix together egg and ricotta cheese adding in a few pinches of parsley set aside. In a small baking pan 8×8 spoon in some of the meat sauce be sure to cover the bottom now lightly cover the meat sauce with some of the ricotta egg mixture. Now sprinkle cheese over that cover with noodles, repeat process until both mixtures are gone or you have ran out if pan room ending with the top layer being a lasagna noodle. To complete cover top with remaining cheese place in oven at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 min or until cheese melts and begins to bubble at the corners. This meal may seem complicated but any man can pull it off total time should take 25 to 35 min to prepare. Here you have another great, simple Man Meal brought to you by your boy @MrKeepItSympel.

-1 5lb bag of wing dings or 1 1lb bag of whole wings

-2 tbs of onion powder

-2 tbs of garlic powder

-2 tbs of lemon pepper

-2 tbs of seasoning salt (Lawry’s)

-2 tbs fresh or dried parsley

-1 tbs of accent

Broiled Sauced Wings

Pre heat oven to 400. Rinse all chicken parts and let drain removing any feathers that may still be remaining. In a large bowl add all the drained chicken parts which can be done during any commercial break. Combine all dry ingredients to a separate bowl mix well together and pour into large bowl containing the chicken parts. Be sure to mix and coat each chicken part so that the flavor is throughout the entire piece. Now arrange the wings in a shallow non stick baking pan if you don’t have that any foil lined pan will do bake at 400 for 11 min remove and here is where its takes off…

Sauces

BBQ

-Sweet Baby Rays Honey BBQ/Sweet Chipotle

-Combine in a small mixing pot until it begins to simmer douse wings with sauce and return to oven for 4- 7 min

Buffalo

-Franks Hot Sauce

-4tbs butter

-Combine the two in a small mixing pot until it begins to simmer or all butter has melted douse wings with sauce and return to oven for 4- 7 min

Garlic Butter Parmesan

-1 Stick of Unsalted Butter

-1 12 ounce bottle of Grated Parmesan

-3tbs of Garlic Powder

-Combine the three ingredients in a small mixing pot until it begins to simmer or all butter has melted douse wings with sauce and return to oven for 4- 7 min

All wings can be prepared in 15-17 min more than enough time to get back to the game and not miss a beat. So there you have it yet another Man Meal kept simple by yours Truly @MrKeepItSympel, “Chef to The Hood”.

-1-2 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained

-1/2 small onion, minced

-Pepper & Salt to taste

-12 slices pickled jalapeno

-1 cup Cooked Rice Cooled (optional)

-3-4 Table spoons of Miracle whip/Mayonnaise

-½ Tbs Yellow Mustard

I cup shredded lettuce

8 ounces Nacho Cheese (best to use but any cheese will do)

1 Package of 12″ Flour Tortilla Wraps (or any of you choosing)

Simple Tuna Wraps

 

Prepare rice by boiling two cups of water adding one cup of instant rice once water reaches a boil stir cover and remove from heat leave covered until rice is fluffy and water is no longer visible add salt to taste.

In a small bowl combine tuna minced onions pepper and salt sliced jalapeno’s cooled cooked rice (optional) miracle whip/mayonnaise and yellow mustard mix mixture together (2min ) and set aside.

Place Tortilla shell on a flat surface spread nacho cheese to the left center of the shell add lettuce (tomatoes optional) spoon a nice amount of mixture on top of the lettuce not to much as the shell still needs to be rolled (for and extra kick sprinkle a few corn chips of your choice to add pop) now fold the bottom of the shell over the mixture starting from the left of the shell began to slowly roll the shell close keeping all the ingredients inside the shell this may get a little messy but its well worth it once its rolled completely place the open roll side down on a plate so it can bond and create another from beginning to end this process will take you 12 minutes or your average halftime show combine with your choice of beverage and you now have you a hearty homemade Man Meal.

-2 pounds ground sirloin

-3 ounces cheese of choice

-2 tablespoons jalapeno peppers, minced

-2 tablespoons garlic powder

-2 tablespoons Lawry’s Seasoning Salt

-1 teaspoon onion salt

-1 teaspoon black pepper

-Onion Rolls are best, but any bun will do

 

Cheese & Jalapeno Stuffed Burgers

In a bowl mix together all ingredients except jalapeno peppers and cheese be sure that all seasonings are evenly spread throughout meat.

Make six evenly sized patties in the center of three patties place a nice pinch of cheese and jalapeno’s try to stay away from the edges of the patty.

Now take the remaining patties and place them over the previous three pinch the ends together creating a bond to seal in ingredients place patties on a flat pan in a oven at 375 degrees for 13 min remove dress the bun as you like and enjoy. Yet another simple quick 15 min Man Meal.

To spice meal up get 3 potatoes peal and dice into to fry portions in a bowl sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper mix well pan fry for 5-7 min remove from grease and drain top with dressing of choice .
